Controller
Complete before publishing: the controller’s legal name, Business ID, address and privacy contact email.
Purpose of processing
Seller selection, event organisation, communication, agreements, invoicing and management of market participation history.
Data processed
Company identification, contact, billing, product and application data, together with event-related communications. Passwords are stored only as one-way hashes.
Retention and security
Data is retained only for as long as event delivery, accounting obligations and justified market history require. CRM access is role-controlled and changes are logged.
Disclosures
Data is not sold. It may be processed by hosting, invoicing and communication providers needed to organise the event under appropriate agreements.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your data and object to or restrict processing as provided by applicable law. Requests should be sent to the controller.
